American press has recently revealed some behind-the-scenes photos showing the “aging” process of a famous female singer. It was reported that Katy had to sit still for 7 hours as makeup artists worked their magic to transform her youthful face into an elderly one.
Katy had her entire face, head, and neck painted with a green paint. Once this paint dried, it quickly turned into a mask that perfectly fit Katy’s face. Then, experts would work their magic to transform it into an “aged version” mask of Katy.
Sharing her thoughts on the most time-consuming task, Katy said: “There were even times when I had to hold my breath just to maintain the right sitting posture. Throughout the 7-hour session, I felt very uncomfortable, to the point where I had to limit my conversations. After completing it, I felt completely exhausted… However, I still feel happy because the team’s outcome was perfect.”
