Tyrese Gibson Enjoys Bliss with Girlfriend in Lavish Villa Purchased with Hard-Earned Assets

Tyrese Gibson, a singer and actor from Atlanta, is selling his compound in Woodland Hills, California for just under $2.9 million. This is more than double the price he paid for it 11 years ago when it was first built. The house is a nondescript tan-colored Mediterranean-style home that blends in with its surroundings and wouldn’t catch the eye of anyone passing by.

Based on information found online, the singer behind hits like “Sweet Lady” and “How You Gonna Act Like That” has released a total of six albums and managed to sell around 3.7 million copies since the late 1990s. Moreover, he has found additional fame through his appearances in five installments of the “Fast & Furious” series and three “Transformers” movies. Upcoming projects include a role in the “Spider-Man” spinoff “Morbius” alongside Jared Leto, as well as two more films in the “Fast & Furious” franchise. It seems like he’s transitioning from the music scene to the world of acting.

Gibson’s just under half-acre property, originally found on the popular Zillow Gone Wild platform and listed by real estate celebrity Jason Oppenheim from The Oppenheim Group, features four buildings. The main residence boasts five spacious bedroom suites, with a primary suite that includes two walk-in closets, a terrace, and 5.5 bathrooms.

Although the large double-height entrance and living room with its extravagant curved staircase and intricate wrought-iron railings look luxurious, the rest of the main house follows a typical upscale suburban design that can easily accommodate a big family.

The spacious living room is furnished with a grand piano, white slipcovered seating, and a sleek black fireplace. The home theater features comfortable brown microsuede chairs and a luxurious kitchen that flows into a dining space and cozy family room. The bathrooms, especially the master bathroom, are styled with rich medium-brown wood cabinets and neutral beige tiles. The backyard of the house is like a fun-filled carnival.

A spacious fire pit area, featuring a grand yellow Transformer statue, is surrounded by a circular bench adorned with cushions in patriotic colors of red, white, and blue. This design element is reminiscent of the monument found at Gibson’s Atlanta estate.

The poolside pavilion, inspired by Asian design, boasts an outdoor kitchen complete with a built-in grilling station and a bar featuring cherry-red countertops. Additionally, it includes a half-bath and a full Benihana-style Teppanyaki setup concealed behind shoji screens for an authentic dining experience.
