Joining her on the top 5 most-streamed artist list globally were Drake, The Weeknd, and the Korean supergroup BTS. Whereas on the U.S. charts, Bad Bunny, Kanye West, and The Weeknd took the third through fifth spots.

Taylor Swift also topped the global charts as the most-viral artist of the year, indicating that her music was shared to social media platforms more frequently compared to other artists.
