The talented actress posed for a few snaps with fellow guests

The talented actress was seen taking pictures with other guests at the event. It seems that the actress made an appearance in a 22-second advertisement for an artifical intelligence image-generating app called Lisa AI: 90s Yearbook & Avatar, which was shared on X (formerly Twitter).

Representatives for the actress confirmed to Variety that she is not actually a spokesperson for the app. Her lawyer, Kevin Yorn, has taken legal action to handle the situation. Yorn stated, “We take these issues seriously, and as usual, we will pursue all available legal options to resolve this.”

The advertisement was posted on social media on Saturday, October 28, but it seems to have been taken down since then.

Meanwhile, last month Scarlett took legal action against an AI (artificial intelligence) app which used her name and likeness for an advertisement just weeks after Tom Hanks was forced to warn fans over something similar ; she is seen in New York earlier last month

In a recent incident, Scarlett filed a lawsuit against an AI application that unlawfully utilized her identity and name for promotional purposes. Coincidentally, just a few weeks prior, Tom Hanks had to caution his fans about a comparable issue. The incident took place while Scarlett was captured in New York City.

Variety recently reported on a curious advertisement that featured an old clip from Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow movie. The ad starts with Johansson saying, “What’s up guys? It’s Scarlett and I want you to come with me.” However, things take a strange turn when a graphic covers her mouth and AI-generated photos of the actress appear instead. A fake voice supposedly imitating Johansson continues to promote the app. The AI version of Scarlett goes on to explain that the app allows users to create more than just avatars – it also enables them to generate images with texts and even AI videos. Interestingly, the advertisement included fine print stating, “Images produced by Lisa AI. It has nothing to do with this person.” Variety points out that numerous states have strict laws protecting privacy rights, and California specifically allows individuals to take legal action for the unauthorized use of their “name, voice, signature, photograph, or likeness” in advertising or promotional materials.
