Scarlett Johansson Playfully Denies Being “Sℯxy,” Prompting Amusement and Eye-Rolls Among Women Across the Globe

Scarlett Johansson recently expressed her confusion regarding the widespread perception of her as attractive. Surprisingly, this revelation leads us to believe that she might have avoided glimpses of herself in the mirror for the past decade and skipped watching any of her own remarkable performances on the big screen. In a candid interview with Empire magazine, the talented actress, who was once married to the undeniably attractive Ryan Reynolds, addressed the topic of her physical appearance.

Scarlett exhibits a knack for frustrating us. When questioned about her attractiveness, she nonchalantly dismisses the notion. Her response is, “I am not sure if I consider myself attractive. It’s fine for now. In a few years, someone else will take the spotlight, and I won’t be as captivating anymore.” Well, if Scarlett thinks a few years means half a century, we understand her perspective. However, at the age of 27, she still has plenty of time to bask in her stunning looks. Surprisingly, she claims to be clueless about where the perception of her being alluring even arises from. This is definitely sigh-inducing.

Scarlett expressed, “I haven’t really portrayed many seductive characters, to be honest! I suppose some might consider the characters I played in ‘Match Point’ or ‘Black Dahlia’ as seductive. But overall, my characters aren’t typically seen as conventionally sexy, in my opinion.
“I think it might have to do with the fact that I embrace my curves and feel confident about them. However, I don’t believe I was particularly sexy in ‘Lost in Translation’ or ‘The Other Boleyn Girl.'”

Alright, we understand that Scarlett doesn’t view herself as sexy, but let’s be real, she’s undeniably attractive. So, she might as well accept it and move forward.
