Miley is not only showing off her rap skills in Mike WiLL Made It’s video for ’23.’ They video leaked on Sept. 24, and then was tweeted out from Miley herself — and it shows a side of her we’ve never seen! The audio of “23” dropped back in August, and we were shocked to hear Miley Cyrus’ rap skills. Mike WiLL Made It’s song, which also features Wiz Khalifa and Juicy J is mostly Miley rapping — and of course, there are some raunchy lyrics.

Miley looks sexy and basketball-chic in the new video for “23,” the hit song by producer Mike Will Made It. With a saavy Naughty by Nature reference, Miley rocked out in a sexy Michael Jordan jersey — and we’re obsessed with this new look.
In a new interview, Mike reveals that Rock City actually wrote Miley’s rap verse.
“Me and Rock City were coming up with the song, and Wiz Khalifa and Juicy liked it,” Mike told Fader magazine. I was like, I’m gonna let Miley hear this and see if she wants to get on it. I was like, Man, you can’t pull it off. And she was like, Yeah I can. We just made sure she stayed in the right pockets and rode the beat right. Rock City wrote her verse. He made it to match her.”
