Just recently, the famed I Kissed A Girl vocalist refuted claims of her engagement to McCoy, dismissing reports of a proposed diamond ring while on vacation in France. The 27-year-old musician has openly credited Perry for being instrumental in pulling him out of a deep state of depression. Reflecting on a somber period about two years back, he reached out to Katy, who happened to be in Los Angeles at the time, asking for her support and companionship.
