The most recent undertaking of the celebrity from the Bronx will be a family matter since her husband, Ben Affleck, aged 51, and his company, Artists Equity, will produce Unstoppable, together with Matt Damon. This marks their first collaboration in two decades after their partnership in Gigli, an American romantic comedy-crime film that was released in 2003. The sports drama will feature JLo starring alongside Jerome as it tells the incredible story of Anthony Robles, a three-time all-American athlete who was born with a single leg. Despite his disability and growing up in an abusive household, Robles defies the odds and becomes a wrestling champion in the NCAA Division 1. He subsequently earns a national championship at Arizona State University by defeating the school that had previously rejected him, Iowa University. The biopic is based on Robles and Austin Murphy’s book, Unstoppable: From Underdog to Undefeated: How I Became a Champion, which John Hindman has adapted for the film. The movie will mark Oscar-winning editor William Goldenburg’s directorial debut. In addition to Lopez and Jerome, Don Cheadle, Michael Peña and Bobby Cannavale are among the cast members.
