Although she was grateful for the opportunity to play such an important role, Gal couldn’t help but notice how tight the costume was, making it difficult for her to even breathe. Despite this, she powered through and delivered an incredible performance as Wonder Woman.
Although thrilled to play the role of Diana Prince, better known as Wonder Woman, the early costume fittings proved to be quite uncomfortable for the actress. The form-fitting attire was so tight that it made it challenging for her to breathe, and she nearly fainted. Fortunately, the costume designers were able to address the problem, as seen in the upcoming solo movie and previous appearances in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice. The character displays incredible athleticism and gymnastic abilities, making the outfit a crucial part of the role.
During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Gal Gadot was asked about her Wonder Woman costume and how it compared to Batman and Superman’s. Kimmel jokingly questioned if the Israeli actress felt exposed in her outfit, but Gadot responded that she didn’t feel exposed, just cold. Kimmel agreed that a parka wouldn’t look good on Wonder Woman. Despite early issues with the costume, Wonder Woman looks amazing and Gal Gadot is set to kill it as Diana Prince in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, which premieres on March 25th.
