Expressing her support for therapy, she stated, “I am a strong advocate for seeking therapy. Furthermore, I find solace in placing sticky notes with uplifting affirmations in various locations around my house.”

She further elaborated, “My collection of reminders is diverse, but one in particular that resonates with me is ‘I am enough.’ I affectionately refer to these notes as ‘Rare Reminders.’ Moreover, taking a break from social media and its never-ending stream of content also contributes to my overall well-being.”
