On Sunday, the renowned pop sensation went live on the platform with Hailey to engage in friendly conversations and spilled the beans about their relationship. Surprisingly, Bieber confessed that it was his beloved wife who convinced him to get rid of his recent mustache.
Going live on Instagram, Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey engaged in a lighthearted conversation with some friends. During the session, Bieber revealed that his recent mustache had to go, all thanks to Hailey’s insistence. The 26-year-old singer was joined by Auston Matthews, a professional ice hockey player for the Toronto Maple Leafs, whom Bieber praised for having the finest mustache in the world of hockey. In return, Matthews complimented Bieber on his own facial hair, which he had grown out to promote his latest album, Changes. However, Bieber confessed that he had to part ways with his mustache because Hailey threatened to banish him from their shared bed. Feeling the pressure, he eventually caved in and shaved it off. In February, Bieber had even documented the moment of removing his mustache in front of the mirror, as his actions had garnered mixed responses from his massive follower base of 131 million on Instagram.
Close buddies: The young adult, aged 26, was accompanied by Auston Matthews, an ice hockey centerman for the Toronto Maple Leafs. Playfully, he playfully hailed Matthews as possessing ‘the finest mustache in the realm of hockey’.
Mustache pals: Matthews reciprocated the gesture to Bieber, who recently bid farewell to his facial hair, as he had grown it out to generate excitement about his newest album, Changes.
Bid adieu: Bieber confessed, “Hailey was about to lose it. She wouldn’t have let me sleep in our bed. So, I had no choice but to trim it off.” In February, he shared a video on his story where he shaved it off in front of the mirror, receiving a mixed response from his 131 million followers.
Alongside Matthews, the Grammy winner also had Kehlani and Kendall Jenner joining him for the live video.
Later, he humbly boasted in another story video, claiming, “Seems like I crashed the Instagram servers, as per my friend with insider knowledge. That’s why it’s not working.”
During the IG Live, Justin inquired Hailey, aged 23, about her favorite aspect of being married to him, to which she chuckled and responded, “Oh my goodness.”
