According to court records obtained by TMZ, the 28-year-old, whose real name is Robert Rihmeek Williams, is required to stay in Philadelphia unless given explicit permission to travel.
The court documents state that as of November 1, 2015, Mill was not allowed to travel without obtaining permission first. As a result, a judge has ordered him to appear in court for a violation of probation.
