Embracing Authenticity: Jennifer Aniston’s Perspective on Judgement and Self-Acceptance as Shared with Drew Barrymore

Drew Barrymore and Jennifer Aniston share a strong bond of friendship. Recently, Aniston made a guest appearance on the season 2 premiere of The Drew Barrymore Show, where they candidly talked about a Twitter discussion regarding who makes a better onscreen pair with Adam Sandler.

The internet was abuzz last June with a Twitter debate sparked by a fan asking for a better on-screen duo than Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston. The discussion quickly turned to Drew Barrymore, as fans pointed out the iconic collaborations between Sandler and Barrymore in The Wedding Singer (1998) and 50 First Dates (2004).

Sandler and Barrymore were also featured in the movie Blended in 2014. Additionally, Sandler and 52-year-old Aniston shared the screen in the films Just Go With It in 2011 and Murder Mystery in 2019. During a recent episode of her show, Barrymore expressed her admiration for the social media discussion, highlighting the fact that she and Aniston ultimately selected each other as co-stars.

“Easy decision,” Aniston responds. “As the guys would put it, ‘bros before hoes.’ It’s always the motto.”
