The renowned actress, who celebrated turning 46 on June 4th, decided to venture out to Red Hook, a neighborhood famous for its independent and avant-garde art galleries. Her trip to the borough wasn’t limited to this alone, as Jolie also paid a visit to her ex-husband Jonny Lee Miller’s apartment located in Dumbo later that night.

The actress opted for a relaxed and effortless look, sporting a long white shirtdress with balloon sleeves and a button-down front that was cinched at the waist with a belt. To complete the outfit, Jolie opted for nude pointed-toe flats and carried a stylish Louis Vuitton handbag that hung from her shoulder. With a large gold watch and bright red manicure, the actress kept her accessories minimal and low-key.

The dress was sheer and she wore a white slip with spaghetti-straps underneath it. Her long black hair cascaded down her back as she strolled around town. Although masks are no longer mandatory for people who have been fully vaccinated in New York City, Angelina wore a space-themed black mask that featured an astronaut floating in a galaxy full of stars to cover her face. During her visit to Red Hook, Angelina explored several small art galleries but decided to venture out on her own, without her six beautiful children including Maddox, Pax, and Knox, who are 17, 12 and 12 years old respectively, as well as Zahara, Shiloh, and Vivienne, who are 16, 14, and 12 years old.
Jolie spent a day in the borough, which included a visit to her former spouse Jonny Lee Miller’s apartment in Dumbo later that evening. She arrived alone at Miller’s apartment building after sunset, carrying a pricey bottle of Peter Michael Wine and without a bodyguard. In pictures acquired by Page Six, Jolie could be seen wearing a white shirt and wide-legged pants outfit beneath a long beige trench coat and tan sandals. She donned a grey mask to cover her face while entering Miller’s British actor building and spent three hours inside before departing at 10:30 pm.
According to reports, Jolie spent three hours at Miller’s condo before leaving at 10:30pm. The two actors first fell in love when they starred in Hackers back in 1995, when they were both relatively unknown. Despite their age difference, Miller and Jolie decided to get married after a whirlwind romance. They both proposed to each other and had questions to ask, but ultimately went for a quick wedding. The ceremony was a small civil affair attended only by Angelina’s mother and Jonny’s best friend. Instead of a traditional wedding dress, Jolie wore black rubber pants and one of Miller’s white shirts with his name written in her own blood across it, saying that she wanted to sacrifice a little to make it special.
Jonny and Angelina’s love story began while filming the thriller Hackers in 1995. Angelina shared that Jonny added some traditional elements to their wedding attire, including a veil and garter on her pants that had a unique front-to-back zipper. Sadly, their marriage was short-lived as they separated after just one year. Angelina opened up about her career demands and how it made it challenging for her to be fully present in her relationship with Jonny. She expressed her desire to commit to him, but felt she couldn’t give him the attention he deserved. Despite their separation, Angelina didn’t rule out the possibility of marrying Jonny again in the future.
Miller and Jolie, who were 22 and 20 years old respectively at the time, tied the knot after a brief romance. In 2008, Jonny married actress Michele Hicks, but he and Angelina remained close friends and he even attended the premiere of her directorial debut in 2011. Angelina was previously married to actor Billy Bob Thornton before dating and ultimately marrying Brad Pitt, with whom she shares six children. Currently, both Jolie and Miller are single – Miller’s marriage to Hicks ended in 2018. Angelina’s divorce from Brad has been a tumultuous and lengthy legal battle, culminating in last month’s ruling granting joint custody of their children, except for their eldest son Maddox. According to US Weekly, Angelina is still bitter towards Brad and believes that justice will eventually be served, indicating that their legal dispute is far from over.
Things have gotten messy for Jolie. She didn’t take the news well when her former partner, Pitt, was granted joint custody of their kids after a prolonged and contentious legal dispute. She felt very let down by the outcome.
