Adams, known as Alpha Male on social media, received backlash from Spiranac for his comment. She retaliated by stating that it would bring her immense satisfaction to outperform him in driving all day.
“Paige, your fame isn’t solely based on your golf skills,” replied Adams. Spiranac responded with a witty comment about Adams’ nickname, Alpha Male, saying, “We all know I have great assets, so I’m changing my name to Paige Spiranac (alpha jugs).”
Spiranac received positive feedback from golf enthusiasts for her clever response that put an end to Adams’ remarks. This year has been full of exciting moments for Spiranac, and she even expressed her interest in working with Sports Illustrated again, the publication she modeled for in 2018, by tweeting, “Hey @SI_Swimsuit should we do it again? Lol.”
