The news broke on Wednesday afternoon that Gal Gadot, 36, was in the final stages of negotiations to take on the role of the Evil Queen in Disney’s upcoming live-action Snow White movie. Gadot turned heads as she arrived at the Hollywood studio in a striking cut-out black dress that showed off one of her long legs. She accessorized with a bottle of water and a stylish black leather Gucci handbag slung over her arm. Completing her ensemble with a pair of chic black suede heeled boots, she graciously waved to fans before making her way inside.

Her appearance coincided with the news of her casting in the Snow White movie on Deadline, where she will star alongside Rachel Zegler as Snow White.
This live-action adaptation will delve deeper into the story and music of the 1938 animated classic.
Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, known for their work on La La Land and Dear Evan Hansen, are set to create new music for this highly-anticipated film.

The script for the movie is being penned by Erin Cressida Wilson. Production for the project is set to begin in early 2022, with no official release date confirmed as of now. Gal Gadot, who stars in the film, will also be appearing in the delayed movie, Death on the Nile, which is finally hitting theaters on February 11, 2022.
