She recalled the insecurity she felt, going as far as covering her acne before even sitting in the makeup chair to avoid feeling too exposed. Dealing with acne took a toll on her confidence, and she longed to find a solution.
Trying various acne treatments like peels, masks, and resurfacing products, Scarlett soon realized that these harsh products were not suitable for her skin. Eventually, she simplified her skincare routine to just cleansing, toning, and moisturizing to find a better balance for her skin.
Reflecting on the past, the mother of two revealed, “Whenever I see photos of myself at red carpet events in my twenties, I can’t help but notice that one pimple.” This confession was made during the 92nd Annual Oscars in Hollywood on February 9, 2020.
