The guys working at a tire shop found a cute little kitten roaming the streets and decided to adopt it. Spending time with him, they soon realized that this kitty, whom they named Dudley, was truly unique and one of a kind.
The tire shop staff found a young stray cat alone in December 2016 while they were feeding the local felines. The seven-month-old kitten stood out with his unique eyes, which hinted at his blindness. Despite not being a wild cat, the tuxedo boy struggled to fit in with the other feral cats in the area, facing bullying and even attacks during meal times. Recognizing that the kitten needed a better environment, the shop owner decided to rescue him from the streets. Upon hearing about the little cat named Dudley, Julie Parlett from Southern Counties Rescue knew exactly where he belonged.

According to Milos Sanctuary, Dudley was found in a tire shop, blind, frightened, and unkempt. Despite being fed by the shop’s staff, Dudley was still at risk due to the busy street and nearby coyote population. This information was shared with Love Meow in an effort to raise awareness and support for Dudley’s rescue.

With the help of Julie, Dudley was safely placed in a carrier and transported to Milo’s Sanctuary vets. Michelle from Milo’s Sanctuary expressed gratitude towards the tire store owner and Julie for ensuring Dudley’s safety and well-being, allowing him to start a new life in the new year with love and care.
