Taylor Swift Joins Prince in Making Billboard 200 History with Five Simultaneous Albums in the Top 10

According to Billboard, Taylor Swift’s albums, including 1989 (Taylor’s Version), Midnights, Folklore, Lover, and Speak Now (Taylor’s Version), are set to be released soon.

Taylor Swift’s album releases include the recent 1989 (Taylor’s Version) in October, as well as Midnights slated for 2022, Folklore in 2020, Lover in 2019, and most recently, Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) which came out in July of this year.

Swift has recently joined Prince on the chart with her album, weeks after the late artist’s passing on April 21, 2016. Prince had multiple albums topping the chart, including The Very Best of Prince, the Purple Rain soundtrack, The Hits/The B-Sides, Ultimate and 1999.

Luminate is responsible for compiling the Billboard 200 chart, which lists the most well-liked albums of the week in the United States. This ranking system is based on multi-metric consumption and equivalent album units.
