According to local sources, the affluent neighborhood of Englewood, Colorado, is where it’s been said that the well-known quarterback Russell Wilson and his wife, the R&B singer and philanthropist Ciara, have decided to call home. They have reportedly spared no expense in finding their dream properties in the area.
At one point in his career, he raked in so much cash that he was dubbed the top earner in the NFL during his time with the Seattle Seahawks, where he had a solid run for ten seasons.
Following a successful deal, Wilson and his spouse Ciara made the choice to put $25 million towards a property in Colorado. In addition to this investment, the dynamic duo earned $36 million from selling their Seattle residence.
The spacious Colorado property, measuring 20,000 square feet, was previously in the possession of billionaire Gary Magness, who acquired it for $7.5 million. Rumor has it that the priciest purchase of a single-family home in the region was made by Wilson for a whopping $25 million.
With an increase from around 11,000 square feet containing six bedrooms and seven bathrooms to over 20,000 square feet with four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and extra powder rooms, Wilson and Ciara are expanding their living space by almost twice the size.
This holds true even though their property in Colorado was significantly cheaper compared to the $36 million asking price for their extravagant home in the Seattle region. Additionally, there is a separate garage with an apartment that includes a bedroom and bathroom for guests or staff.
The three-story home boasts a variety of meeting spaces that add to its charm, such as a glossy library and a classy formal dining room. With six fireplaces, a grand entrance, and a stunning floating spiral staircase, this house has plenty of unique features to offer.
The main suite is equipped with two luxurious bathrooms, two boutique-style dressing rooms, and two separate study areas. Each guest room also comes with its own private bathroom.
