Tyrese Gibson, Fast X Actor, Enjoys Blissful Moments with His Girlfriend in a Lavish Villa Purchased with Hard-Earned Assets

The California estate in Woodland Hills, owned by singer and actor Tyrese Gibson from Atlanta, is up for sale at just under $2.9 million. This is more than double the $1.385 million he originally paid for it when it was first constructed 11 years ago. The house, with a Mediterranean-inspired design, is painted in a nondescript tan color that blends in with its surroundings, making it easy for passersby to overlook without a second glance.

As per online sources, the talented artist known for hits like “Sweet Lady” and “How You Gonna Act Like That” has released six albums and sold an impressive 3.7 million copies since the late 1990s. His career received a significant boost with appearances in five films from the “Fast & Furious” franchise and three movies from the “Transformers” series. Excitingly, he is set to appear in the upcoming “Morbius” movie alongside Jared Leto, as well as two more installments in the “Fast & Furious” series. It’s clear he is making a successful transition from being a singer to becoming a well-known actor.

Gibson’s parcel of land, just under half an acre in size, was discovered on Zillow Gone Wild and is being sold by Jason Oppenheim from “Selling Sunset” of The Oppenheim Group. The property features four buildings, with the main house having five bedroom suites, including a primary suite with two walk-in closets and a terrace, along with 5.5 bathrooms.

Although the grand double-height entrance and living room, complete with a stunning curved staircase and intricate wrought-iron railings, exude luxury, the rest of the main house is more typical of an upscale suburban residence suitable for accommodating a sizable family.

In the spacious living room, you will find a beautiful baby grand piano, comfortable white slipcovered furniture, and a sleek black fireplace. The home theater boasts cozy brown microsuede chairs, along with a state-of-the-art kitchen that seamlessly flows into a dining area and cozy family room. The bathrooms, including the luxurious master bathroom, feature stylish medium-brown wood cabinetry paired with elegant beige tiles. The backyard of the house is like a lively carnival, full of excitement and fun.

The poolside pavilion has an Asian theme, complete with an outdoor kitchen, grilling station, bar with cherry-red countertops, a half-bath, and a full Teppanyaki setup hidden behind shoji screens.
