Wonder Woman 2 star Gal Gadot named Reebok’s global ambassador

Gal Gadot just landed yet another exciting role.
The Wonder Woman actress has been chosen as Reebok’s new global brand ambassador. Gadot confirmed the good news via Twitter, sharing photos from her first campaign.
She wrote: ‘I’m pumped about my new partnership with [Reebok]! Together, we’re going to find the fun in fitness, and the strength in sports! Ladies, let’s play. Get ahead of the game!’
In a statement about the partnership, Gal, 32, said she was looking forward to teaming up with Reebok, noting that fitness has always been an important part of her life.
‘Especially with having a mother who was a PE teacher, I was exposed to an active lifestyle from an early age,’ she said.

‘Through fitness, I have found that I gain strength, endurance and confidence, and I couldn’t imagine a better partner than Reebok to join me on this journey.’
For their part, Reebok said the chose Gal to continue their ‘commitment to empowering women.’
Gadot joins a long list of famous women picked to represent Reebok, including Ariana Grande, Gigi Hadid and Victoria Beckham.
That’s not all Gal has going on in her life.
According to a report, Wonder Woman 2 is set to begin filming in the United States in June.
Locations are said to include Northern Virginia and the District of Columbia, or Washington D.C., which suggests viewers may get to see Gal’s character, Diana Prince, interact with government officials in the Wonder Woman sequel.
Director Patty Jenkins, who’s said to be getting a significant pay raise for this film, according to ScreenRant, previously revealed that the film ‘will take place in the U.S., which I think it’s right. She’s Wonder Woman. She’s got to come to America. It’s time’.
Few other plot details have been released at this time. We do know that it’ll be set in the 80s and that it will bring back Gal as Wonder Woman and Chris Pine as Steve Trevor.
Wonder Woman 2 viewers can also expect to see Said Taghmaoui, Ewen Brener and newcomers Lynda Carter – who played the original Wonder Woman – and Kristen Wiig in the film.
Wonder Woman 2 is expected to hit theaters in the U.S. on November 1, 2019.
