Despite experimenting with diets such as keto and intermittent fasting, the 39-year-old mother of three consistently works out and maintains a weight of around 100 lbs. According to a source, Kardashian prioritizes her health and wellbeing, aiming to avoid becoming too thin or malnourished. This is important given that her body type differs from that of her sisters, Kim and Khloé, who have often shared their weight loss journeys.

In February, Kardashian revealed that she weighs 98 lbs., highlighting that her 8-year-old son, Mason Disick, weighs just 36 lbs. less than her. To maintain her weight, Kardashian follows a strict eating plan. Her mornings begin with collagen supplements and a glass of water with organic apple cider vinegar. Before working out, she consumes her homemade avocado pudding, followed by stovetop whole grain oatmeal. Lunch typically consists of a salad with lean protein and homemade dressing, while her afternoon snack consists of vegetables or fruit. For dinner, she opts for a light soup.

Despite the criticism she faces, Kardashian remains determined to live her life the way she chooses, embracing a healthy lifestyle that suits her body and overall well-being.

Kardashian has a preference for organic foods and makes an effort to reduce her consumption of sugar. In an interview, she mentioned her avoidance of sugar, particularly refined sugar, due to its addictive nature. She noticed that she experiences sugar cravings after consuming it, which does not provide sustainable energy for workouts. Additionally, she observed that her cellulite becomes more apparent when she indulges in sugar. However, Kardashian also understands the need to enjoy occasional treats and allows herself some leniency when she travels or on weekends. Nevertheless, when she is at home and following her usual routine, she strives to maintain a healthy lifestyle by exercising five to six times a week and maintaining a nutritious diet.
