Still on vacation in the posh resort of Aspen to celebrate her 26th birthday, Rihanna got serious yesterday. The Barbadian siren took ski lessons. At the same time, Eminem announced that they will tour together this summer.
She is more accustomed to the beautiful sandy beaches of Barbados than the white slopes of Aspen, but a snowstorm won’t stop Rihanna from having fun for the rest of her ski vacation.
Arriving in the stylish American resort a few days ago with all her friends to celebrate her 26th birthday in style, Rihanna timidly started her snow stay. Remember, it was on a big pink buoy that Riri timidly descended the slopes of Aspen earlier this week. But yesterday (Friday, February 21), the sexy brunette got serious. The day’s program: skiing lessons with a teacher named Tommy.
Despite the unfriendly weather, gray skies, and snowstorm, Riri took on the slopes. Not always very steady, sometimes ending up on her backside, the star persevered and trained seriously while keeping a smile on her face.
At the same time, Eminem made a major announcement. The American rapper, with whom Rihanna has shared several duets including “Love The Way You Lie” Part I and Part II, and more recently “The Monster”, revealed yesterday that the singer will accompany him on stage for several concerts this summer. “There are three shows coming up with Rihanna,” Eminem told XXL Magazine. “It’s a three-city tour: New York, Los Angeles, and Detroit, coming in August. The Monster Tour.”
A short tour indeed, but one that promises to be magnificent!
