Constructed in the year 1934, the iconic residence boasts an abundance of fascinating tales from Tinseltown.

An unidentified buyer has recently acquired the iconic Beverly Hills mansion where Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston resided during their marital days, for a whopping $32.5 million. This splendid Tudor style residence spans across a vast 12,000 square feet and dates back to 1934, when it was originally built for renowned actors Fredric March and Florence Eldridge. Over the years, the property has passed through the hands of only a limited number of owners, about “five or six” as stated by Susan Smith, the listing agent at Hilton Hyland. While the new owner remains shrouded in mystery, the mansion itself boasts a remarkable Hollywood pedigree, having previously belonged to other notable figures such as Vanderbilt descendant Shirley Burden and heiress Wallis Annenberg.

The mansion was built by famed architect Wallace-Neff in 1934.

Constructed in 1934 by the renowned architect Wallace-Neff, the grand mansion carries a distinct charm that has endured the test of time. In a conversation with TODAY Home, Anthony Barcelo highlights that the exterior of the house has remained untouched throughout the years, an uncommon sight in Beverly Hills. The property encompasses over an acre of land, stretching from one street to another, further accentuating its uniqueness. Boasting an impressive five bedrooms and an astounding thirteen bathrooms, this immaculate residence designed by the celebrated architect Edwin Wallace-Neff earns a well-deserved reputation as the ultimate venue for hosting unforgettable gatherings and celebrations.

It includes an updated kitchen.

The charming two-story residence is a true gem with its intricate brick facade, providing an idyllic and secluded haven. The meticulously maintained grounds boast a tennis court, a lavish swimming pool, and even a guest house.
Upon entering the enchanting Wallace-Neff mansion, one is immediately captivated by its sun-filled living room, modernized kitchen, and a magnificent screening room. Additionally, the mansion boasts five opulent bedrooms, and, astonishingly, not just one but two wet bars.

The home has five bedrooms and 13 bathrooms.

With a grand total of five cozy bedrooms and a remarkable thirteen luxurious bathrooms, Anthony Barcelo’s elegant abode stands as a symbol of opulence. Interestingly, this magnificent mansion was once owned by the famous couple Pitt and Aniston, who decided to part ways in 2005. As mentioned in the captivating book “Wallace Neff: Master Architects of Southern California 1920-1940,” the duo sold the property for a staggering $28 million. Astonishingly, just last year, the house was listed on the market for an impressive $56 million. However, after a series of negotiations, the price was eventually reduced to $44.5 million in March. Soon after, it was discreetly sold in an off-market transaction, leaving the new owner shrouded in mystery. While their true identity remains unknown, we sincerely hope that they revel in the splendor of their new, unparalleled residence.
